The Garden Arts Fresh Market in Manchester, VT is a great little market in a great little town for shopping and a nexus for exploring southwestern Vermont from Route 7 and Route 30.

I have bought pasture-raised pork, beef, and chicken there. They also have less mundane fare like quail and quail eggs. They carry dairy and eggs, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and some nice baked goods to go with Vermont-roasted coffee.

My favorite treat there is the cheddar Deano's Jalapenos, to which I have become utterly addicted!

Manchester is also home to the excellent Vermont Kitchen Supply store, and plenty of good dining.
