is a really interesting book some serious flaws. I got my copy on a special deal from a book table at a fair sometime in the early 1990s, so maybe the problems have been fixed, but be warned: there are many simple errors in my copy. There are missing ingredients, wrong cross-references, and other errors that should have been caught in editing.

Nonetheless it has beautiful photos and the recipes are inspiring, even if you do have to pay extra attention to the details. It has been out for some time, so you can buy it for less than a dollar at Amazon - use the link in this book report.
