No matter what the task -- whether it be cooking, carpentry, or anything else, it is ALL about having the right tools to do the job and yes, measure twice and cut once - LOL! I would be lost without my favorite knife - a small non-descript looking device that would not excite most chefs. However, this slice and dice delight rocks my world because it can perform magic in my kitchen.
