Description

This goes with the Cold Poached Salmon.

 

Ingredients

1cHellman's Mayonnaise
1TLemon Juice (Fresh Squeezed)
1TOnion (Minced)
1TCoarse Sea Salt (unrefined)
1⁄2cDill, Dried (or more if you like)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Serve chilled with Cold Poached Salmon.

Garnish with lemon zest, dill, and some shellfish.
