First things first: WAAWWE is an acronym for We Are All What We Eat.

WAAWWE Market is an all-local all-Vermont market in Gassetts, VT, between Chester and Ludlow on Rte 103.

In addition to the usual greens and local cheeses, they have a set of freezers with pastured beef, veal, lamb, goat, and pork, plus another freezer with chicken, turkey, quail, and whole pheasant. In addition to whole cuts of meat there are ground meats and sausages.

They also have some baked goods, Vermont-roasted (not grown!) coffee, honey, maple products, and assorted pickles and preserves.
