Named for the famous Strauss waltz, this cookbook is a treasure to stimulate the imagination, especially in the winter.

is 250pp of the kind of recipes that make winter evenings fly past with quick jots from the pencil - 1 red onion, 1 pint sour cream, caper, eggs, pork shoulder...

Every recipe has been a good one. Some are too exotic for my usual diners, but the recipes work as intended. I've not yet been unhappy with any.
