Description
I made this with the hitherto difficult Cold River Gin, and it was ideal. The unfamiliar cardamom and other spicy notes that you find in the Cold River (or Ingenium Gin and Nashoba Perfect 10) need that Sweet Vermouth to bring them back into balance in a way that Dry Vermouth alone cannot do. Ingredients
InstructionsShake all ingredients with ice and serve in a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish.
NotesReally, this does best with one of the more assertive, less juniper-forward new American craft gins.
