We screeched to a stop at Gurnet Trading Company because of the sign for fresh fiddleheads, but we were happy to score some diver scallops there as well.

We had driven past there a hundred times at least, because it is on the scenic drive out to Bailey's Island. I am glad we stopped, because the seafood looked excellent, the people were friendly and knowledgeable, and the location is great.
