The Salumeria Italiana on Richmond Street is a premier source for Italian cheeses, salumi, special olive oils, and various great condiments in jars.

I especially like to go there for cheeses. You can often get the Burrata here, and their Parmigiano Reggiano is consistently excellent. My friend Charles swears by the Balsamic Vinegar that he gets here. And they usually have excellent San Daniele prosciutto, guanciale, seasoned salamis, and other fine meats.
