The Cheese Shop in Concord, MA is not far from where I get my book printed, so I go there whenever I visit my printer. Peter the proprietor is an affable fellow with a great enjoyment for his work, his town, and his customers. They feature a great array of cheeses plus charcuterie, wines and ales, and a full deli counter in the back that goes way, way beyond the usual Boar's Head deli fare!
