Description

This is a festive and simple preparation that I made to accompany a wonderful Sauerbraten.

Ingredients

15ozRed Cabbage (in a jar)
1eaApple (cut into 6 thick pieces)
6eawhole cloves

Instructions

Stick a clove into each apple piece and add to the red cabbage. Simmer until warm and serve.
