Description

This is the rub to season Brad's wonderful Pulled Pork.

 

Ingredients

1⁄2cSea Salt
1⁄2cTurbinado Sugar
1⁄2cBrown Sugar
1TGranulated Garlic
1TGranulated Onion
2TPaprika
2TChili Powder
2TBlack Pepper (freshly ground)
2tcayenne

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, mix well, and store in an airtight container.
