Description
This is part of the Buche de Noel master recipe.
Ingredients
| 8 | oz | Cream cheese (at room temperature) | | 1⁄4 | c | Butter (at room temperature) | | 1 1⁄2 | c | Confectioner's Sugar | | 2 | t | Vanilla extract | | 1⁄2 | c | Unsweetened Cocoa (more or less, to taste) |
Instructions
- Cream the Cream Cheese and Butter together, then add the Confectioner's Sugar slowly.
- Add the Vanilla Extract.
- Add the Cocoa slowly until well combined.
- Keep at room temperature until needed.
