Description

This is a revelation with the Pistachio-Crusted Swordfish , but it's also great with other oily predator fish.

Ingredients

2cOrange Juice
1⁄2cDry Vermouth
2TLemon Juice
2THoney
2eaFresh thyme sprigs

Instructions

Boil together all ingredients, reduce until thick enough to coat a spoon. Discard the thyme sprigs and spoon onto each plate. Add sea salt to taste.
